Hidden fees discovered from Strong Projects Inc

On June 18, 2015, I signed up for Strong Projects Inc's return process at their North April, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $973.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rashad X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
