Billing dispute with Cast Communications Enterprises

On April 23, 1973, I signed up for Cast Communications Enterprises's support package at their South Conner, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $123.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sonia Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
