I am writing regarding order #ORD-4585-IAM-1821 placed with Cast Communications Enterprises on December 18, 1979. I paid $278.23 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Valentina Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
