Advanced Build & Sons Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5376-KXR-6635 placed with Advanced Build & Sons Ltd. on August 3, 2004. I paid $613.50 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annetta H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
