I purchased a software from HorizonCell on April 10, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hugh U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
