I want to report a serious concern with Pulse-Cloud's system that I purchased on May 24, 1990 from your Port Earnestine, Louisiana store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kennith P., but my issue remains unresolved.
