Expert Construction Team LLC failed to honor their commitment

On December 17, 2005, I signed up for Expert Construction Team LLC's consultation at their Sadiemouth, New York location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $414.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carolyn B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
