I purchased a package from RapidMobile Communications on September 24, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Francis W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
