I have been a loyal customer of RapidTel Services for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-1711-ANS-6068) on June 19, 1976, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
