Frustrated with Quality Build Enterprises's lack of response

On December 14, 1997, I signed up for Quality Build Enterprises's maintenance program at their Vincenzaton, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $405.72, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emily D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
