I purchased a appliance from MobileWireless International on March 27, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Carlo M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
