I purchased a unit from RapidWireless on November 3, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sheila N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
