I am writing regarding order #ORD-4449-MOJ-2301 placed with Cast Providers Corp. on September 8, 2007. I paid $797.61 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Percy L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
