I have been a loyal customer of Ultimate-Works for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-8378-EMD-9169) on August 29, 1985, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
