I am writing regarding order #ORD-8060-MXZ-4246 placed with Wireless-Signal on June 21, 2020. I paid $36.43 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Luisa Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
