Billing dispute with Renovations Bros Corp.

On August 18, 1974, I signed up for Renovations Bros Corp.'s maintenance program at their South Wilhelmine, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $259.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Junior W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
