I have been a loyal customer of GlobalWireless Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9108-RLL-9449) on February 4, 1971, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
