Refund refused by Expert Engineering Inc Inc.

On April 21, 1999, I signed up for Expert Engineering Inc Inc.'s technical assistance at their Port Aniyah, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $81.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adelbert I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
