Properties Bros Corp. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5364-GBY-3394 placed with Properties Bros Corp. on January 4, 1999. I paid $881.73 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mackenzie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
