I am writing regarding order #ORD-8599-CLJ-1174 placed with Band Networks Corp. on February 2, 2001. I paid $790.29 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gerard U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
