Poor customer service experience with Band Networks Corp.

On November 10, 2012, I signed up for Band Networks Corp.'s premium plan at their Pollichville, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $972.82, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Declan Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
