I purchased a account from GlobalData Holdings on November 13, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Paolo H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
