Superior-Projects failed to honor their commitment

I purchased a gadget from Superior-Projects on February 20, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rosalyn P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
