CommStream Broadband refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6154-ECU-5286 placed with CommStream Broadband on August 21, 2016. I paid $455.58 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alexandre S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
