Billing dispute with GlobalVoice Technologies Enterprises

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7643-YAO-7041 placed with GlobalVoice Technologies Enterprises on September 24, 1988. I paid $718.37 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camden D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
