On February 2, 1999, I signed up for Tele-Cell's return process at their South Carmellaton, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $738.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katelin W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
