False promises made by Quality-Contractors representative

On September 21, 2014, I signed up for Quality-Contractors's maintenance program at their Port Isabel, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $385.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Justine M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
