I am writing regarding order #ORD-5162-KHF-1815 placed with TeleCom Cellular Woodlands Ltd. on February 21, 2011. I paid $174.87 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wilma U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
