Unsatisfactory resolution from Comm.Link Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7306-ZAT-2302 placed with Comm.Link Inc. on May 11, 2010. I paid $942.50 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Felton A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
