I want to report a serious concern with Wireless.Wave Enterprises's equipment that I purchased on May 7, 2019 from your Holdenland, New Hampshire store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rylan M., but my issue remains unresolved.
