I am writing regarding order #ORD-9086-IQA-9619 placed with Swift-Cloud on June 26, 2002. I paid $644.76 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ben E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
