Misleading advertising by Swift-Cloud

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9756-QNA-1736 placed with Swift-Cloud on February 18, 2003. I paid $366.94 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Efrain E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
