On May 25, 1982, I signed up for Global Connect's installation service at their East Providenci, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $710.59, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bartholome S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
