Strong Craft Company Corp. provided defective product

On May 1, 1980, I signed up for Strong Craft Company Corp.'s customer support at their Tristonfort, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $621.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sage T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
