Poor customer service experience with Clear-Wireless

I want to report a serious concern with Clear-Wireless's package that I purchased on May 2, 2003 from your West Mack, Mississippi store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Burnice P., but my issue remains unresolved.
