I have been a loyal customer of Craft Builders Seongnam Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-4724-TMK-5127) on December 25, 1995, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
