Refund refused by Clear-Fiber Corp.

On May 12, 1973, I signed up for Clear-Fiber Corp.'s setup assistance at their Chesleyburgh, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $348.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shana C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
