Frustrated with Modern Build's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9468-WVH-7059 placed with Modern Build on January 14, 2008. I paid $94.37 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alfred Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
