Warranty claim denied by Advanced Contractors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8295-ODU-4544 placed with Advanced Contractors on August 7, 2004. I paid $281.99 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emmanuelle B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
