Link Services Group refused to address issue

I want to report a serious concern with Link Services Group's membership that I purchased on March 20, 1992 from your Feilfurt, Nevada store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ashlynn W., but my issue remains unresolved.
