I purchased a solution from MobileTel Broadband Querétaro on April 21, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Adrianna H. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
