I am writing regarding order #ORD-9932-SDM-6544 placed with Works Company Ltd. on November 18, 1974. I paid $808.91 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Austen Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
