Delayed delivery from Wave-Connect Group

On March 28, 1976, I signed up for Wave-Connect Group's troubleshooting service at their Port Linwood, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $112.96, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mustafa G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
