Unsatisfactory resolution from Wave-Connect Group

On February 13, 1979, I signed up for Wave-Connect Group's consultation at their Mitchellview, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $806.16, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Benny F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
