I have been a loyal customer of Master Homes & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-7602-DPX-5832) on January 23, 2003, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
