Overcharged by Master Homes & Sons for service

On July 20, 2018, I signed up for Master Homes & Sons's maintenance program at their Richieborough, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $597.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Samson C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
