I purchased a solution from MobileFiber Mobile on April 24, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jenifer X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
