On July 10, 2011, I signed up for MobileFiber Mobile's return process at their Joaquinshire, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $935.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ralph H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
