Warranty claim denied by Reliable Properties Mexico City Ltd.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3822-GST-5724 placed with Reliable Properties Mexico City Ltd. on June 10, 2000. I paid $981.96 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Roosevelt D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
