I purchased a service from Reliable Properties Mexico City Ltd. on October 31, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Neva V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
